Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be submitted for all warranty and non-warranty returns.

RMA’s Will Expire 60 Days After Issue

Any product returned without an RMA will not be acknowledged

Defective Material Exchange

- Product must be within manufacturer’s warranty period
- Product that is physically damaged; or failed due to improper installation will not be covered

Advance Replacements

Our goal is to provide replacement components as quickly as possible to help customer’s complete installations and repairs in a timely manner.

- Advance Replacements may be issued upon customer request. Once replacements are shipped; defective product must be returned within 30 days or customer will receive an invoice for the parts shipped

Request to Return Non-Defective Material

- All Non-Defective Returns are subject to Nagy approval
- Items must have been purchased within past 90 days from date of PO
- All Non-Defective Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

All material must be returned in new/re-sellable condition. Any material that is not returned in this condition may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Parts sold as a kit must contain all parts of kit. The cost of any missing kit components will be deducted from credit.
